The Kavo Kerr Demi Plus Cordless LED Curing Light builds upon our legacy and continues to offer the same compelling features that have made the Demi curing light such a commercial success. In addition to the traditional Demi features, Demi Plus has an advanced battery design, which consists of a positive contact charger with a snug base, guaranteeing you the most out of every charge. Demi Plus' new exterior design is made of Valox resin, a high-performance plastic that will protect and extend the product's life. The Extended Turbo Light Guide enables a better application with a markedly improved success (+28% additional reach) for posterior procedures.
Demi Plus is powered by Demetron Technology, and employs the power of Periodic Level Shifting, or PLS technology, shifting output intensity from 1,100 mW/cm2 to a peak of 1,330 mW/cm2 multiple times throughout the curing cycle with a wavelength of 450 to 470 nm. PLS drives cool, continuous high output for a true 5-second cure without generating excessive heat.
Demi Plus also offers unique thermal control systems that allow the curing lights to stay cool for patient comfort as well reliable, uninterrupted operation. Demetron offers the widest selection of light guides, from 2mm to13mm which are all autoclavable. Additional accessories include Radiometers, Optics Maintenance Kits, Hardness Disks and Custom Barrier Sleeves for maximum hygienic protection.
