ICP, Inc., d/b/a Dental City (“Dental City”, “we”, “us”) created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to visitor privacy for our website (the “Site”): https://dentalcity.com. This policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, including our affiliates and subsidiaries, via any content that may link to or be accessible from the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy is intended for general audiences. We do not direct the Site to children under thirteen (13) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Responses will be delivered via your account, or by mail/electronically if you do not have an account. Disclosures will cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request. If we cannot comply, we will explain why.

Security

We maintain security measures to protect information under our control. All information is stored in secure locations on password-protected servers. However, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure; we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our Site.

Dental City retains full copyright ownership, rights, and protection in all materials contained in this Site.
