Pressure pot features a heat control thermostat and internal temperature gauge allowing for an accurate reading and setting of the internal temperature. The 8 quart pot has an internal diameter of 9.5" and depth of 6.25". Adjustable temperature range up to 212F degrees. The pressure lock valve allows the unit to be disconnected from your airline and maintain air pressure.
