Demetech Black Nylon Sutures are monofilament non-absorbable sutures made from long-chain aliphatic polymers. The sutures are FDA-approved and come with various attached needle option, including curved and straight types in different lengths and gauges. They elicit a minimal acute inflammatory reaction in tissue which is followed by gradual encapsulation of the suture by fibrous connective tissue.
