Does Dental City sell to non-dentists?

Yes, we do. However, some products we can only sell to licensed dentists. Therefore, we will follow-up with you after you place an order to verify if you are able to purchase all your desired items.

 

Does Dental City ship outside of the U.S.?

Dental City ships to customers within the 48 Contiguous United States & Washington DC (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

 

How can I process a return?

If you are returning/exchanging an item that is in resellable condition: You can return or exchange new, unused and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of the items. (Certain exclusions may apply.) We will issue you a refund or merchandise credit based on the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges. All returns must be authorized by Dental City. Give us a call at 1-800-353-9595 to receive a Return Authorization Number. You must send the item back in new, unused and fully resellable condition with the original product packaging intact. Send all returns and exchanges to:

If you wish to return/exchange an item that will not be resellable (defective, damaged during shipment, etc.): Contact sales at 1-800-353-9595. They will work with you to understand why you need to return the item and how you should proceed in the return process. All with the goal of addressing the issue in a satisfactory manner, whether that will be a replacement item, Dental City credit, etc.

 

How can I get a quote or price comparison?

Simply call one of our account managers. They are more than happy to give you a quote on a certain product or compare our prices to a past invoice. We’ll work with you to give you the best prices we can.

 

I see you work with a manufacturer but do not see a certain product from that manufacturer—can you order that product for me?

99% of the time we can get an item for you. The best way to find out is to call one of our account managers. They can check with the manufacturer and see what limitations or restrictions they may have on the products we don’t keep in stock.

 

When is the latest I can place my order for same-day shipping?

We pride ourselves on shipping all orders placed by 3:30 CST the same day.
